Description

This TACO 4-LED Deck Light is a versatile, low-profile fixture built for flat mounting, a strong fit for hard tops, consoles, interior cabin spaces, or under the gunnel wherever you need real light without a bulky housing sticking out.

Running at 10 watts, it matches the output of a 55-watt halogen flood light, throwing 700 lumens across a wide 100-degree beam, wide coverage for its size. It runs on both 12 and 24 volt systems, drawing very little power, just 0.9 amps at 12V or 0.5 amps at 24V, and an 8-foot hidden power cable keeps wiring runs clean rather than exposed and vulnerable to snagging.

You get a choice of mounting hardware too, either a stainless swivel bracket or 3M adhesive tape depending on what the install calls for, and the small footprint, 5 inches by 1-3/8 inches, bolts to essentially any flat surface.

The housing comes in white or black UV-resistant polycarbonate, with a durable, self-extinguishing clear plastic lens and an anodized aluminum heat sink. LED chips are silicone-potted for an IP67 waterproof rating (non-submersible).

This fixture is certified for ignition protection under USCG, ISO, and SAE standards, meaning it’s been tested in an explosive environment at high temperature, powered on and off 50 times without igniting the surrounding atmosphere at temperatures up to 200°C. That’s exactly the kind of testing that makes it a solid choice for an engine room, a battery compartment, or any spot where an open spark could be a real problem.
