Description

The ProMariner ProMar1 DS 5 is a compact single-bank digital charger designed for automatic charging and maintenance of a marine battery. Its Generation 3 platform uses a four-stage digital algorithm that moves through battery analysis, charging, conditioning, and automatic maintenance as needed, helping keep the battery ready without constant operator attention.

The built-in Auto Maintain and Energy Saver mode makes the charger suitable for both short-term layups and extended storage. Once charging is complete, the charger monitors battery condition and applies maintenance charging as required rather than continuously operating at full output. A dual-mode charge-status indicator provides useful operating feedback, while battery and wiring fault detection helps identify common installation or battery issues.

ProMariner uses rugged shock-resistant construction for use aboard boats and supplies the charger pre-wired for simpler installation.
