Recent advances borrowed from the camera industry let Forespar bring this advanced LED strobe to market at a lower price. The WL-1 Floating Strobe LED Water Light runs on a spring-post 6V lantern battery, ships with a bracket mount, and is USCG approved.

Built to meet 46 CFR 161.010, this rugged light fires bright strobe flashes automatically once thrown overboard, visible for miles at sea. Paired with a 6V alkaline lantern battery (not included), it flashes at the required USCG rate for over 52 hours, and keeps flashing at least every 2 seconds even after 7 days of continuous operation.

11-1/2″ long, 4″ max diameter, includes a stainless steel mounting bracket. USCG approved (46 CFR 161.010).
