Egis 160-Amp 24V Automatic Charging Relay Plus

Description

The Egis 160A 24V Automatic Charging Relay Plus automatically shares charging between two battery banks while separating them when no charging source is present. It is designed for larger 24V marine and mobile electrical systems that need high-current automatic battery management.

Two independent start or engine-isolation inputs support multiple-engine and independent charging systems, while an optional lockout can prevent the relay from closing if one battery has a shorted cell. A start-assist input also allows the banks to be manually combined through a remote switch when additional cranking support is required.

The sealed construction, stainless hardware, high-temperature materials, and thermal-overload protection support demanding installations. A Deutsch/Amphenol DTM harness simplifies control wiring, and top-access DIP switches allow voltage thresholds and active features to be programmed after mounting.
