Blue Sea 9009 AC 120V 32A Rotary Selector Switch

Description

The Blue Sea 9009 AC Rotary Selector Switch provides manual transfer between two compatible 120V or 230V AC sources when circuit protection is installed elsewhere. Its two-source-plus-Off operating sequence gives the operator a clear mechanical method of selecting one source for a downstream AC circuit.

The heavy-duty industrial-rated mechanism is designed for intuitive one-hand operation and mounts in panels up to approximately 0.16 inches thick. Because the switch physically selects only one source position at a time, it provides a straightforward source-transfer interface for custom shore-power or generator panels.

Blue Sea rates the 9009 at 32A and UL lists the switch platform for applications up to 600V AC. It is a selector switch rather than an over-current protection device, so correctly sized breakers, leakage protection, and source protection must remain part of the overall electrical system.
