BEP Marine 3-Position Sealed Nylon Ignition Switch

Description

The BEP Marine 3-Position Sealed Nylon Ignition Switch provides Off, Ignition plus Accessory, and Ignition plus Start functions in one compact keyed control. It is designed for marine and vehicle installations that need a conventional three-position engine-start sequence while maintaining strong protection against moisture.

The contact area is fully sealed with O-rings and ultrasonic welding, producing an IP67 waterproof rating. A high-impact nylon body resists corrosion, and the integrated Deutsch connector provides a secure, serviceable electrical connection. BEP tests the switch to SAE J259 requirements for ignition-switch applications.

The switch supports nominal 12V and 24V DC systems, with current capacity adjusted according to system voltage. It can be installed through panels up to approximately three-eighths of an inch thick, making it suitable for many helm and console layouts. BEP identifies it as equivalent to Cole Hersee part number 95060-60, which can simplify replacement matching.
