Description

The Xantrex XPower 1500 Inverter converts 12V battery power into AC for trucks, RVs, boats, and mobile work applications. Its high surge capability makes it useful for appliances, tools, entertainment equipment, office electronics, and other loads that may draw additional current when starting.

Two GFCI receptacles provide protected AC connections for multiple devices, while heavy-duty stud terminals support the DC current required by a high-output inverter. A remote On/Off switch is included so the inverter can be controlled from a convenient location when installed near the battery bank.

Protection features include overload shutdown, over-temperature shutdown, over-voltage protection, a low-voltage alarm, and low-voltage cutout. Mounting brackets simplify permanent installation, and the XPower line is certified to UL458 and applicable CSA requirements for mobile power systems.
