Description

The Xantrex TRUEcharge3 Remote Panel provides full remote monitoring and control of compatible TRUEcharge3 battery chargers. It extends charger information and settings to a convenient location and gives the operator access to functions that are not available from the charger’s onboard display.

The panel presents battery-bank charging information in a fuel-gauge style format, making it easier to see the status of connected banks at a glance. It can power the charger on or place it in standby while AC power remains connected and allows the maximum charger output current to be adjusted remotely.

The remote can also support two compatible TRUEcharge3 chargers connected in parallel, allowing up to twice the charging output when the installation is designed for parallel operation. Individual battery-bank status remains visible through the panel.

Compatibility includes TRUEcharge3 12V chargers in 20A, 40A, and 60A versions and TRUEcharge3 24V chargers in 10A, 20A, and 30A versions. Installation is simplified by the included telephone-style connection cable, and the panel is FCC Class B compliant.
