Description

The Victron Phoenix Smart IP43 24V 25A three-bank charger is built for 24V boats that need adaptive charging across several battery banks. Its three outputs can each deliver the charger’s full rated current individually, while total combined output remains limited to the charger’s overall rating. This lets the charger respond flexibly when different banks begin charging at different states of discharge.

Bluetooth connectivity provides setup, monitoring, alarm configuration, synchronization, and firmware updates through VictronConnect. The adaptive six-stage charging sequence uses bulk, absorption, recondition, float, storage, and refresh stages. Absorption time changes according to the depth of discharge, while BatterySafe mode limits excessive voltage rise and Storage mode reduces long-term float voltage to slow gassing, corrosion, and water loss.

Automatic voltage compensation offsets losses in the DC cabling as current increases, helping preserve the intended charging voltage at the battery. Periodic refresh charging supports long-term maintenance during extended shore-power connection. The IP43 enclosure is suited to protected marine installation, and a separate 5-15P mains cord is required.
