Description

The Victron Orion-Tr Smart 12/24-10 Isolated DC-DC Charger converts a 12V source into controlled 24V charging for a separate service battery. It is designed for dual-battery boats, RVs, and vehicles where the starting system and alternator operate at 12V but the house or equipment bank requires 24V charging.

The adaptive three-stage algorithm uses bulk, absorption, and float charging and can be configured for both lead-acid and lithium battery chemistries. Built-in engine-running detection helps prevent the charger from drawing down the starting battery when the engine is off.

Bluetooth provides configuration, live status, and firmware updates through VictronConnect. The unit can also operate as a fixed-output DC power supply when battery charging is not required, and remote On/Off control can be integrated into the installation. Its isolated design keeps the input and output grounds separated.
