Victron Orion 24/12-30 IP20 DC-DC Converter

Description

The Victron Orion 24/12-30 IP20 DC-DC Converter provides up to 30 amps of 12V output from a 24V electrical system. It is designed for boats, vehicles, and off-grid systems that need a reliable 12V supply for accessories, electronics, lighting, or a separate 12V battery within an otherwise 24V installation.

A remote on/off connector allows the converter to be controlled by a low-power switch or an engine run/stop signal, avoiding the need to route the full input current through a heavy-duty control switch. The adjustable-output design can also be used as a battery charger when correctly configured, such as charging a 12V starter or accessory battery from a 24V source.

If more current is needed, up to five compatible units can be connected in parallel to increase total output capacity. This gives installers room to expand a system without replacing the entire converter platform.
