Description

The Victron Blue Smart IP67 12V 25A Battery Charger is built for demanding marine and mobile installations where the charger may be exposed to water, dirt, oil, vibration, and engine-room conditions. Its electronics are fully encapsulated in resin inside a cast-aluminum housing for waterproof, shock-resistant, and ignition-protected operation.

Built-in Bluetooth lets owners monitor voltage and current, adjust supported settings, and install firmware updates through VictronConnect. The adaptive five-stage charging process moves through bulk, absorption, recondition, float, and storage modes, automatically adjusting charging behavior to how the battery is being used.

Storage mode reduces long-term float voltage when the battery remains unused, helping limit gassing and plate corrosion, while periodic voltage increases help reduce sulfation and electrolyte stratification. The charger also supports LiFePO4 batteries with an appropriate charging profile and reduces output if temperatures become excessive.
