Description

This Uniden White Remote Second Station VHF Microphone (UMRMIC) connects directly to the UM725 series of fixed mount VHF radios, putting full control of the connected radio at a second location aboard, a flybridge, cockpit, or second helm, without needing a full second radio installed there.

Everything the main radio can do is available from this remote: channel selection, DSC distress, NOAA weather channels, and private text messaging, plus an intercom function that lets someone at the remote mic talk directly to someone at the main radio without keying a channel everyone else can hear. A landscape-oriented, full dot matrix LCD keeps the display easy to read, with user-selectable white backlighting for day and orange for night.

IPX8 submersible rating, 4.9 feet for 30 minutes. Includes 24-foot interconnect cable, microphone hanger, and mounting hardware. Optional extension cables available.
