The Smith & Wesson SWAT Serrated Assisted-Opening Linerlock is the partially serrated version of Smith & Wesson’s assisted-opening SWAT folder.

The knife closes to 4.25 in and uses a black stainless blade with dual thumb studs. Assisted opening speeds deployment after the blade is started, while the serrated section adds extra bite on rope, webbing, and similar material that can slide across a plain edge.

Black anodized aluminum handles keep the same dark finish as the blade and provide a rigid metal grip. A liner lock holds the blade open during use, making this version a better fit when you specifically want serrations in addition to the SWAT model’s assisted action.

This serrated version adds both a pocket clip and a lanyard hole. The assisted action, dual thumb studs, liner lock, and partial serrations make it the more utility-oriented choice of the two black SWAT folders in this group.
