The SI-TEX MDA-2 Dual Channel Parallel AIS Receiver houses next-generation Rmax AIS technology in a rugged, compact module, rated IPx7 for flexible mounting in essentially any marine environment.

Lightning-fast processing maximizes reception range and decodes every incoming AIS message in real time, solving the reliability problems that plagued first-generation AIS receivers, an advantage that only grows more important as more vessels carry AIS equipment.
