Description

The Shadow-Caster SC3 Series full color-change underwater light puts out 24 watts of intense LED lighting from a compact, 3.4-inch diameter bronze housing, purpose-built for surface mounting below the waterline where a smaller footprint matters.

A proprietary clear gel-filled design runs through the entire unit, eliminating condensation or water intrusion under stress rather than just sealing the outer edge. A tough, scratch-resistant tempered glass lens paired with the bronze housing holds up to acetone and other solvents common in demanding marine environments, not just water and salt.

Transient surge and reverse polarity protection dramatically extend the unit’s working life, and thermal throttling technology lets it run safely even if it’s briefly out of the water. It operates from a standard on/off switch for basic use, or pairs with a compatible Shadow-NET controller for full-feature lighting control.
