Sea-Dog White Triple Lock Rectangular Marine Hatch

Description

The Sea-Dog white triple-lock rectangular marine hatch provides a rigid access opening with three locking points that pull the lid into its gasket when engaged. This camming action helps create a watertight seal for compatible deck, bulkhead, or storage-compartment installations.

Injection-molded polypropylene construction uses a structural honeycomb lid for added rigidity, while the non-slip textured surface improves footing when the hatch is installed horizontally. A full-length piano hinge supports the lid across its width, and the hatch can be mounted horizontally or vertically depending on the application.

Confirm the required cutout, interior opening, surrounding structure, mounting orientation, and clearance for the lid before installation. Bed and fasten the frame according to marine sealing practices, then engage all three locking points and inspect gasket compression. Periodically clean the sealing surface and verify the hinge and latches operate smoothly.

• Triple locking action supports consistent sealing around the hatch.
• Structural polypropylene construction adds strength without metal corrosion.
• The textured surface provides a non-slip deck area.
• The rectangular hatch supports multiple access-panel orientations.
