Description

The Sea-Dog small stainless-steel impeller puller helps remove flexible pump impellers without prying against the pump housing. The tool grips the impeller hub from the sides while the center screw shaft applies controlled pulling force, making routine raw-water pump service cleaner and more deliberate.

Stainless-steel construction provides corrosion resistance for marine maintenance environments and gives the tool the rigidity needed to extract an impeller that may be tight on its shaft. Using a dedicated puller can reduce the risk of damaging the pump body or struggling with improvised tools in confined engine spaces.

Select the puller size that matches the impeller and available pump clearance before use. Tighten the side grips evenly on the impeller hub, then turn the center screw gradually to draw the impeller from the shaft. Inspect the removed impeller and pump cavity for missing vanes, debris, or wear before installing the replacement.
