Description

The Sea Brackets 16-Inch Straight Trolling Motor Plate for Garmin Kraken provides a compact, rigid base for mounting a Garmin Force Kraken with the Garmin Quick Release Plate System. The 16-inch size works well where deck space is more limited but a dedicated plate is still preferred over fastening the quick-release bracket directly to the deck.

The plate is machined from 1/2-inch 6061-T6 aluminum, then primed, powder coated, and protected from UV exposure. Clean, accurately gauged holes help hardware engage consistently, and the universal layout supports either port- or starboard-side installation.

Sea Brackets recommends corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel hardware and a proper backing disk or equivalent backing system beneath the deck. Garmin-supplied quick-release hardware is used during installation, with final fastener length selected according to hull thickness and backing hardware.
