Description

The Schrade Uncle Henry fillet knife is a 10.13 in fixed blade with a 5.25 in satin-finished 7Cr17MoV stainless fillet blade. The narrow blade profile is intended for controlled cuts around fish and other food-prep work where a long, maneuverable edge is useful.

The 5.25 in fillet blade gives the knife enough reach for fish-cleaning work while remaining shorter and easier to control than a long 7 or 9 in fillet knife. The Staglon handle provides Uncle Henry’s traditional antler-style look without using natural stag, and the nickel silver guard creates a clear stop between the grip and blade. The included leather sheath makes the fixed blade easier to carry with fishing or camp gear.
