Scanstrut Sub 15W 3-Coil Wireless Phone Charger

Description

The Scanstrut Sub 15W 3-Coil Wireless Charger is designed to integrate into a surface or beneath a compatible foam overlay for a nearly flush marine charging installation. It provides wireless phone charging without requiring a visible raised mount or loose charging cable.

Three overlapping charging coils maximize the usable charging area and allow the electronics to select the best coil based on phone position. This helps maintain charging when the device shifts slightly during rough-water or off-road movement. Thermal management also adjusts output according to phone and ambient temperature.

The unit operates from 12V or 24V DC and is designed for demanding outdoor service. A rear LED provides a visual indication during installation and charging, while the recessed mounting approach allows the finished surface to remain clean and integrated. For boats that need a low-profile 15W charger beneath foam, decking, or another suitable surface, the Sub 3-Coil provides a flexible built-in solution.
