Description

The Scanstrut DS-Multi Aluminum Vertical Cable Seal provides a compact, watertight way to route multiple marine electronics cables through decks, cabin tops, and other exposed mounting surfaces. Rather than using several individual pass-throughs, the multi-cable design lets installers group multiple cables in one low-profile fitting while helping protect the opening from water ingress in heavy weather and rough sea conditions.

The seal is supplied undrilled so the installer can create cable holes that match the actual wire layout instead of working around fixed openings. It accommodates multiple cables up to 15mm in diameter. Marine-grade machined aluminum construction with a hard finish resists impact marks, while the shaped outer profile adds strength and provides another layer of shielding over the cable entry.

A waterproof base seal supports the IP68 rating, and the low 17mm profile helps reduce trip and snag hazards on deck. The grey vertical housing is supplied with mounting hardware and installation instructions.
