Description

The Samlex SAM Series 800W Modified Sine Wave Inverter converts 12V DC battery power into 115V AC for common mobile and backup loads. Two three-prong outlets plus a 5V 2.1A USB charging port provide convenient connections for laptops, lights, small appliances, cameras, phones, and similar equipment.

The inverter offers 1600W surge capability for brief startup demand and uses a load-controlled cooling fan to reduce unnecessary fan operation. Soft-start, low-interference, and cool-surface design features help improve everyday usability in boats, RVs, vehicles, and portable power setups.

A universal protection circuit covers thermal conditions, battery faults, overload, short circuit, and earth faults, while a low-battery alarm provides advance warning before shutdown.
