The Rite Edge Imitation Stag Fillet carries a 7.5-inch satin stainless fillet blade with a full tang, set in an imitation stag handle, with a brown leather belt sheath.

At 7.5 inches this is a long fillet blade, sized for salmon, pike and larger saltwater fish where a 6-inch blade runs out of length halfway down the fillet. Full tang construction is unusual on a fillet knife, where most run a narrow hidden tang to keep the blade flexible, so this build trades some flex for strength through the handle.

Imitation stag is molded and textured to mimic antler, giving the ridged traditional look at a fraction of what genuine stag costs, and it stays dimensionally stable when wet where real antler can move.
