Description

The Ritchie BN-202 Navigator Compass, Black, bulkhead mount, runs a 4-1/2″ CombiDial paired with a built-in inclinometer, giving a boater not just heading but a real-time read on the boat’s angle of heel too.

Installation note: if this compass is mounted on a bulkhead that isn’t perpendicular to the boat’s centerline or vertical relative to the waterline (boat level), a fairing block is required to correct that angle before mounting.

Internal gimbaling holds the dial level through real pitch and roll, and a precisely paired sapphire jewel and hardened steel pivot keep the needle turning smoothly year after year. A fiberglass-reinforced bowl adds real durability, and amber LED lighting, distinct from the green lighting on other Ritchie models, keeps this compass readable at night.
