This Quick Anchor Rode pairs 15′ of 7mm chain with 300′ of 1/2″ rope, using Quick’s Slim Splice system. Mooring reliability really comes down to the splice joining rope and chain, and Quick’s Slim Splice takes a slimmer, more tapered approach there, reducing the jamming that typically shows up on the gypsy during the rope-to-chain changeover.

The system runs a calibrated chain alongside a top-quality 3-strand polyester rope, engineered for genuine strength and a long service life.
