Description

The ProMariner ProSport 1.5A Multi-Use Maintainer is designed to keep a 12V lead-acid battery fully charged during storage while giving the owner the choice of permanent on-board installation or portable use. Concealed mounting holes support a fixed installation, while the rear die-cut foam pad lets the charger rest securely when it is being used as a portable maintainer.

ProMariner’s fully automatic Energy Saver design monitors the connected battery and applies maintenance charging only when needed to preserve a full state of charge. This reduces unnecessary AC consumption during long storage periods and helps keep reserve battery capacity available for the next outing. The expanded LED display shows power, active charging, and Auto Maintain status so operation can be checked at a glance.

Quick-connect DC clamp and ring-terminal cable assemblies are included, making it easier to switch between portable and fixed-use configurations. The marine-grade housing is weatherproof and water resistant for use in freshwater, saltwater, indoor, or outdoor applications. Built-in protection covers reverse polarity, short circuits, excessive temperature, and ignition hazards, and the charger is pre-wired for simpler setup.
