Description

The ProMariner ProIsoCharge 120 1•2 is an intelligent 12V alternator distribution system that charges two battery banks from one alternator while keeping the engine-start battery protected. Its all-digital architecture replaces the basic behavior of a traditional diode isolator with active battery-status monitoring and software-controlled charging decisions.

Rated for up to 120 amps, the ProIsoCharge uses zero-voltage-loss isolation so valuable alternator voltage is not lost across a conventional diode splitter. This helps connected batteries receive a more complete charging voltage and can support faster recovery. The control logic can remove a fully charged bank from the charging path and prioritize a bank that is under load or more deeply discharged, while continuing to safeguard the engine-start battery.

LED indicators provide real-time information for alternator power and battery-bank charging status. Fault LEDs alert the operator to high or low alternator output, over-voltage protection conditions, and excessive voltage present on a connected bank. Ignition-controlled Distributed On Demand battery management activates only when ignition power is present.

An advanced-regulator remote-sense connection is provided for systems using alternators with external regulation. The modular enclosure is designed for straightforward installation and includes terminal-stud insulator boots plus a protective snap-on safety cover around the high-current connections.

The unit is ignition protected and rated IP66, making it appropriate for demanding marine installations.
