Description

The Panther T5 Saltwater Electro Steer, Through Tilt Tube provides powered steering control for a compatible kicker motor through its threaded tilt tube. The design avoids drilling new holes in the transom and creates a direct steering solution for auxiliary-motor installations where the required spacing between the main engine and kicker is available.

The system includes the specified wired handheld control arrangement, allowing the operator to steer the kicker remotely. Mounting hardware is included, and the through-tilt-tube design helps keep the installation compact around the auxiliary motor and avoids adding a separate steering linkage across the transom.

Confirm that the kicker has the required threaded tilt tube, verify spacing from the main engine, and check steering travel, cable or wiring routing, and saltwater application requirements before installation. Make sure the system cannot contact either engine through full steering and tilt movement, then test left and right steering operation before use.
