Pacer Red/Yellow 8/2 AWG Flat Safety Duplex Cable, 100-Foot

Description

The Pacer Red/Yellow 8/2 AWG Flat Safety Duplex Cable combines two marine-grade conductors in one common jacket for higher-current DC circuits. Red and yellow insulation provides clear positive and DC-negative identification, while Type III finely stranded tinned copper helps resist corrosion and maintain flexibility.

The PVC outer jacket is extruded around the internal conductors to reduce voids where air or moisture could accumulate. A talcum coating between the inner wires and jacket helps simplify stripping during installation, while the flat profile keeps both conductors together along bulkheads and behind panels.

The cable is rated for 600V and resists acid, alkali, abrasion, flame, gasoline, oil, and moisture. Compliance includes UL 1426, US Coast Guard 33 CFR Part 183, and ABYC E-11.14 compliance. For paired 8 AWG marine DC runs using safety color coding, this 100-foot spool provides flexible USA-made construction. Take a look through our duplex & triplex cable.
