Description

The Pacer Red/Yellow 18/2 AWG Flat Safety Duplex Cable combines two marine-grade conductors in one jacket for low-voltage AC or DC circuits. Red and yellow insulation provides clear positive and DC-negative identification, while Type III finely stranded tinned copper improves flexibility and corrosion resistance.

The PVC outer jacket is extruded around the conductors to reduce voids where air or moisture could accumulate. A talcum coating on the inner wires helps the jacket strip more easily during termination, while the flat profile keeps both conductors organized along bulkheads and behind panels.

The cable is rated for 600V and resists acid, alkali, abrasion, flame, gasoline, oil, and moisture. Compliance includes UL 1426, US Coast Guard 33 CFR Part 183, and ABYC E-11.14 compliance and states that Pacer marine wire exceeds UL, ABYC, and NMMA requirements.
