Description

The Newmar PT-25W Phase Three Battery Charger provides professional smart charging for 12V battery systems aboard commercial, military, workboat, and recreational vessels. Its three-stage bulk, absorption, and float process is designed to recharge batteries efficiently while supporting long-term conditioning and service life.

A battery-type selector adjusts the charging profile for flooded lead-acid, AGM, or gel batteries. Three isolated output banks allow multiple batteries to be charged from one unit, while the ammeter displays total charging current. An optional temperature sensor can compensate voltage as battery temperature changes.

The charger can also function as a clean regulated DC power supply and can operate loads without a battery connected. Current limiting, thermal protection, forced-air cooling, and marinized internal circuitry protect the unit in demanding installations. A stainless-steel enclosure with durable powder-coated finish improves corrosion resistance.
