Description

The Mastervolt PowerCombi 12V 1200W/50A combines a pure sine wave inverter, battery charger, and automatic AC transfer switch in a compact low-profile package. It is designed for boats, RVs, and mobile power systems that need clean 120V AC power from a 12V battery bank plus automatic charging whenever shore or generator power is available.

The inverter supplies 1200 watts of pure sine wave output for sensitive electronics and general onboard AC loads. Short-duration surge capability reaches approximately twice the continuous rating for up to three seconds, helping support loads with higher startup demand.

The integrated charger provides up to 50A and can be configured for multiple battery chemistries, including a custom lithium-ion profile. DIP-switch programming simplifies basic setup at the installation site, while an optional battery-temperature sensor can improve charge control as battery temperature changes.

The built-in transfer switch handles source changes between external AC and inverter power automatically. The unit can operate independently or be added to a MasterBus network with the optional communication interface. A compatible remote panel is also available for monitoring and control from a more convenient location.
