Description

The Marinco CS30-50 EEL ShorePower Cordset combines a full-length marine shore power cable with Marinco’s one-handed Easily Engaged Lock connection. The EEL jaw-clamp design eliminates the need to thread a separate locking ring every time the cord is connected, using a wing clamp and simple twist to secure the boat-side connection to a standard compatible NEMA inlet.

The clamp forms a watertight connection for harsh marina environments, and a secondary locking feature adds security after engagement. Because the EEL system works with standard inlets, boat owners can upgrade to the easier connection method without necessarily replacing the vessel’s existing shore power inlet. Marinco builds the cordset to applicable global marine standards, including ABYC and UL requirements, and the EEL connection itself is UL approved.

A built-in LED cord light helps guide the connector into place after dark and provides a visible reminder when the cord remains plugged in.
