Description

The Marinco PowerCord Plus shore power cable is built from marine-grade components for dependable use between a boat and shore-power pedestal. Its heavy-duty flexible cable is paired with watertight molded plug and connector ends, helping protect the electrical connection while making the cord easier to handle around docks, transoms, and marina pedestals.

Nickel-plated contacts resist corrosion in the damp marine environment, and the boat-side connector incorporates a molded-in LED power indicator that glows when shore power is present. Marinco shapes both connector ends with a Contour Grip and thumbprint locator so the blades can be aligned more easily before insertion, reducing the fumbling that often occurs when connecting power in tight or poorly lit locations.

The standard threaded ring allows connection to ordinary threaded inlets, while Marinco’s Easy Lock system can secure the cordset to compatible Marinco inlets with only a short turn. This combination gives boat owners broad inlet compatibility along with a faster locking option where matching Marinco hardware is installed.
