Description

The Marinco PowerCord Plus shore power cable is made for dependable high-capacity service between a boat and marina pedestal. Marinco combines heavy-duty flexible marine-grade cable with watertight molded plug and connector ends, creating a cordset that is easier to handle while providing the durability needed for repeated dockside use.

Nickel-plated electrical contacts help resist corrosion in humid and salt-laden environments. The boat-side connector includes a molded-in LED power indicator so the user can confirm that shore power is present before checking breakers or equipment aboard the vessel. Contoured hand grips and a thumbprint locator make the plug and connector easier to align, particularly when the inlet is positioned low, behind a hatch, or in poor lighting.

The included threaded ring supports connection to ordinary threaded marine inlets. On compatible Marinco inlets, the Easy Lock system can secure the cordset with only a short turn, providing a faster locking method while retaining the familiar threaded-ring option. For installations where a shorter dockside run is sufficient, this cordset delivers Marinco’s marine-grade construction, corrosion-resistant contacts, visual power indication, and easier handling in a more compact length.
