Marinco 115A 50A to 15A Shore Power Pigtail Adapter

Description

The Marinco 115A Pigtail Adapter is designed for boats with a 50A 125V locking shore power connection when only a standard 15A 125V straight-blade dockside receptacle is available. The boat-side female connector attaches to a compatible inlet or cordset and incorporates Marinco’s sealing collar system, while the dockside male plug uses a straight-blade connection with a locking screw.

The adapter is supplied with covers and sealing hardware where required and is intended for wet-location use. Its compact pigtail design is useful for limited-power situations such as maintenance, battery charging, or other light onboard loads when full 50A marina service is not available.

The adapter only changes the connector configuration. It does not turn a 15A source into a 50A supply, so the boat’s usable power remains limited by the dockside circuit and connected loads must stay within that available capacity.
