The Kubey Phemius closes to 4.63 inches, pairing a 3.63-inch black stonewashed 14C28N blade with a yellow G10 handle and a liner lock.

Yellow G10 is the point of difference, taking its color through the material rather than on the surface, so a bright handle stays bright and the contrast against a blackened blade is deliberate rather than accidental. 14C28N is a Sandvik stainless developed with knifemakers rather than borrowed from industry. It resists corrosion well, takes a fine edge, and unusually for a stainless in this class it sharpens back without a fight.
