Use the On-The-Fly Programmer to adjust top speed, acceleration, regen braking, and range bias with a simple turn of the knob. Choose between 440A & 600A

Choose 440A if you want the best all-around upgrade

• Best for: Most builds, mild-to-moderate lifts, normal hills, everyday riders
• Why: Big performance gain with more manageable battery demand
• Battery guidance (Lithium): Aim for ~400A output capability (per Navitas guidance

Choose 600A if you want maximum torque for heavy builds

• Best for: Lifted carts, large tires, steep hills, heavy loads, aggressive acceleration
• Why: Highest pulling power and best “power-hold” under load
• Battery guidance (Lithium): Aim for ~500A+ output capability (per Navitas guidance)
• Fitment note: Commonly listed for ICON i20/i40/i60 (2017–2021.5) with NEOS M-type (examples: 48M350 / 48M450)

Important: If your battery can’t safely supply the amperage, the controller may need to be tuned down to prevent BMS cutoff or voltage sag.
