Description

The Flexcut KN300 Whittlers Knife Kit includes two purpose-built carving knives plus Flexcut Gold polishing compound for detail carving, fine cuts, and routine edge maintenance. The set includes the KN13 Detail Knife and KN27 Mini-Detail Knife, both made with high-carbon steel blades and ergonomic wood handles.

The KN13 handles general detail work, while the KN27 uses an ultra-thin 0.75-inch straight blade for very delicate cuts where a larger edge could disturb the surrounding wood. Together, the two knives let you move from standard detail carving into tighter, more precise work without forcing one blade to do every job.

Flexcut precision-machines its carving blades from high-carbon steel, hand-sharpens them at the factory, and tests the edges before shipping. The included Flexcut Gold compound gives you a matching polishing medium for maintaining those fine cutting edges as the tools are used.
