This Fireboy-Xintex Propane Fume Detector with Solenoid Valve catches leaks early and automatically shuts off the gas supply, cutting off the risk of personal injury or explosion before it turns into an emergency. The solenoid valve and adapter close automatically the moment a leak is detected, and a dedicated control button lets you operate the valve manually as well.

The 2-3/16-inch round black display uses LEDs with a silence/test button, and the alarm is loud: 68 dBA sound paired with a red LED lighting up at 20 percent of the LEL. Installation stays simple, and the electronics are reverse polarity protected against wiring mistakes.
