Description

The Faria Beede Euro Black 4-Inch SystemCheck Tachometer is built specifically for Johnson and Evinrude outboards, running up to 7,000 RPM behind a perimeter-lit black dial with bold white graphics, a black aluminum bezel, and a flat glass lens.

What sets this tachometer apart is the SystemCheck warning system built directly into the dial. Rather than relying on a separate warning light or buzzer elsewhere on the dash, this gauge flags engine faults right where you’re already looking. It reads pulses from whatever source the outboard provides, wiring to +12VDC, ground, and that signal lead, with a rear switch that calibrates pulses-per-revolution to the specific engine.
