Faria Beede Chesapeake White 5-Inch Tachometer

Description

The Faria Beede Chesapeake White 5-Inch Tachometer with Digital Hourmeter is built for gas inboard engines running up to 6,000 RPM, styled around a perimeter-lit white dial with blue and white graphics, a polished stainless bezel, and a contoured white pointer for quick readability.

This tachometer works by tracking electrical pulses coming off the ignition, the alternator, a dedicated tach signal generator, or a magnetic pickup sender, whichever the engine actually provides. Wiring runs to +12VDC, a ground, and that signal lead, and a small switch on the back tells the gauge how many pulses to expect per revolution, so it reads accurately for the specific engine it’s paired with rather than guessing.
