Description

The Elk Ridge Fillet Knife carries a 6.88-inch satin 440 stainless blade at 12.5 inches overall, set in a finger-grooved black and orange synthetic handle, with an ABS belt sheath.

Finger grooves are the notable feature. Molded into the grip, they give the hand a fixed set of positions, which helps hold a consistent angle through a long filleting session where a smooth handle lets the hand creep. 440 stainless resists corrosion well and resharpens without difficulty, the sensible priorities for a blade used on wet fish and touched up often.

At 6.88 inches the blade suits medium to larger fish, and the orange accents keep it visible on a cluttered cleaning table or in the bottom of a boat. Explore more Knives and Tools.
