Egis XD Series Triple Flex 2 Relay-ACR-Relay, Knobs

Description

The Egis XD Series Triple Flex 2 Relay-ACR-Relay combines three high-current switching functions into one compact module, with outer relays for battery or load switching and a central automatic charging relay for charge sharing. This layout is designed to reproduce common multi-battery switching and charge-management systems while reducing the number of separate relays, jumper cables, and mounting points required.

The module is rated for 500A continuous current and 1500A cranking, operates from 8-36V DC, and uses a bi-stable solenoid design with very low off-state current draw. DIP-switch programming allows installers to customize relay behavior, while the three DTM connectors support clean integration with compatible control wiring.

Construction is sealed to IP67/IP6K9K with stainless-steel cable studs, high-temperature materials, and large M6 or 1/4-20 mounting holes. Manual override knobs allow each relay to be forced open or closed and left locked in that state when required. Front-facing LED status indication, a protective terminal cover, weatherproof circuit labels, and a pressure-balancing vent improve serviceability and durability.

The system can be expanded with compatible busbars for larger three- or four-battery arrangements.
