Egis XD Series Triple Flex 2 Mechanical Switch-ACR

Description

The Egis XD Series Triple Flex 2 Mechanical Switch-ACR combines three high-current functions in one compact module, using mechanical switching on the outer positions and an automatic charging relay in the center. This arrangement is designed to reproduce common multi-battery switching and charge-management layouts while reducing the number of separate solenoids, jumper cables, and mounting points.

The module is rated for 500A continuous and 1500A cranking current over an 8-36V DC range. Its sealed IP67/IP6K9K construction, stainless-steel cable studs, high-temperature materials, and large M6 or 1/4-20 mounting holes support installation in demanding marine environments.

Manual override knobs allow each relay to be forced open or closed and left locked in either state when required. DIP-switch programming gives installers flexibility in configuring relay behavior, while front-facing LED status indication, a protective terminal cover, included weatherproof labels, and a pressure-balancing vent improve usability and long-term durability.

The Triple Flex 2 can be expanded with compatible link and cross-link busbars to support larger three- or four-battery systems.
