Description

The Egis XD Series Single Flex 2 Relay-ACR combines high-current switching and automatic charge management in one compact DTM-connected module. It is intended as a space-saving alternative to separate remote battery switches and automatic charging relays, reducing both wiring complexity and the number of high-current connection points.

The module is rated for 500A continuous and 1500A cranking current over an 8-36V DC range. Bi-stable solenoid technology keeps off-state current draw very low, which helps preserve battery capacity when the vessel is inactive.

The enclosure is sealed to IP67/IP6K9K and uses stainless-steel cable studs, high-temperature materials, and large mounting holes for harsh marine installations. DIP-switch programming allows relay behavior to be tailored to the system, while front-facing LED status indication, a protective terminal cover, weatherproof labels, and an integrated pressure vent improve installation and serviceability.

Compatible busbars allow the relay to be expanded into larger battery-management systems.
