Egis XD Series Single Flex 2 ACR-Relay, DTM Connector

Description

The Egis XD Series Single Flex 2 ACR-Relay combines automatic charge management and high-current switching in one compact DTM-connected module. It is designed for systems with multiple engines or independent charge sources where battery banks need to share charging under normal conditions but remain isolated when simultaneous charging sources could interfere with each other.

Two independent start or engine-isolation inputs allow the relay to isolate charge sources when both are active, helping maximize charging performance. The device is rated for 500A continuous and 1500A cranking current over an 8-36V DC range and uses a bi-stable solenoid design with very low off-state current draw.

Construction is sealed to IP67/IP6K9K with stainless-steel cable studs, high-temperature materials, and large M6 or 1/4-20 mounting holes. Manual override, front-facing LED status indication, DIP-switch programming, weatherproof labeling, and a protective terminal cover support both installation and service.

Compatible busbars allow expansion into larger two- or three-battery systems.
