Description

The Egis XD Series Single Flex 2 ACR-Relay is a compact high-current module that combines automatic charge sharing and battery switching with DTM control integration. It is designed for multi-engine or independent charging systems where batteries need to share charging under normal conditions while charge sources can be isolated when simultaneous operation would reduce charging performance.

The module is rated for 500A continuous and 1500A cranking current over an 8-36V DC range. Two independent start or engine-isolation inputs support more complex charging arrangements, while the bi-stable solenoid design keeps off-state current draw low.

Sealed IP67/IP6K9K construction, stainless-steel cable studs, high-temperature materials, and large mounting holes make the unit suitable for harsh marine environments. Front-facing LED indication, DIP-switch programming, a protective terminal cover, weatherproof labels, and a pressure-balancing vent improve serviceability and long-term reliability.

Compatible busbars allow the system to expand into larger two- or three-battery layouts.
