Description

The Egis Single XD NMEA 2000 ACR combines high-current automatic charging relay functionality with networked control and monitoring in one compact module. It is designed to share charging between two battery banks when a charge source is present and isolate those batteries again when charging stops, helping preserve starting reserve.

The switch is rated for 500A continuous and 1600A cranking current and is sealed to IP67/IP6K9K for demanding marine installations. Stainless-steel cable studs, high-temperature materials, and a bi-stable solenoid design support durability while keeping off-state current draw very low.

NMEA 2000 integration allows compatible systems to control the switch, monitor relay state, and view battery voltage over the vessel network. Discrete analog inputs are also supported for conventional hardwired control. A manual override knob provides local switching when needed, and DIP-switch programming allows installation-specific behavior.

Compatible busbar accessories allow the relay to be expanded into larger two- or three-battery systems.
